THE AMERICAN CATTLE HORSE

This is a semi-open breed. You are free to create your own, but please follow the guidelines.

All inspection/imported horses will have to be within the breed standards, and will need to be registered within the group.

You may also get horses from Members' breeding auctions, and or leveling up through rank.

BUILT LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN. 

Cattle horses best resemble Draft Thoroughbred Crosses. They should not be Lean/Slim in their composition.  

 

Height: 15hh - 18hh

Weight: 1400 - 1800lbs

Light to Medium feathering on their legs.

Cattle Horses have thick broad chests and barrel, while their hindquarters are well rounded.

USES - - - - X

Calvary, Chariot Racing, Working Equitation, Hunting, Cattle/Ranch Work, Jumping, Endurance, Vaulting, Dressage, Packing, and Driving.

They are generally smart and quick witted, with a gentle disposition which makes them excel at hard, demanding work. 

​

They need to be handled at a young age, otherwise they will be flighty later on. 

Otherwordly - - - - X

Although these horses are gentle and hard working, there are some that exist that shouldn't be rode. The place where these horses originate from, is filled with lore, cryptids, and monsters.

​

Some stories are gentle, while others should not be spoken about, the horses that resemble these are, in most cases, not recommended for riding.

​

This doesn't mean that they cant be respectable horses under saddle, Maybe they require more training then normal but that is up to you.
